What will I LEARN?
I will teach you proper form when you work out, proper stretching techniques and help you with your diet. Whether you need to put on weight to gain muscle or loose weight to get fit I will show you how.
How many days a week will I have to WORKOUT?
That all depends on what it is you are wanting to acomplish. If you are trying to loose weight than you will be in the gym more than someone who is just trying to tone up. It varies from person to person so we would have to get together a set up some goals before I could really answer that question.
